Before your first session

Prep your skin
Shave the area first, then make sure your skin is clean and completely dry. Skip the gel while you flash.

Protect your eyes
Put on eye protection before you start, and keep your eyes away from the flash window the whole time.

Place it flat
Plug Silqeva in and power it on. Hold the flash window flat against your skin before each flash, and give it a moment to recharge between flashes.

Go gently, then aftercare
No more than three flashes on the same spot per session. If you notice redness, apply a soothing gel and avoid UV exposure for the next 24 hours.
